Unlock your true cheek clapping potential, the very last detail of every Real Deal Certified Cheek Clapping build is the Inner Barrel. Odds are your internal gearbox has been upgraded to high performance, now it is time to bring your accuracy performance to its proper performance output to keep up with the increased cycle rate. 

We went with a 6.02 mm diameter for a reason. Currently in the market almost all AEGs post upgrade have an increased rate of fire. We are expecting to have a significant increase of plastic being shot down these barrels. With full auto, if your inner barrel is too tight, you do run the risk of having diminishing returns on full auto accuracy. Our barrels have been lapped from factory to roughly 1 micron give or take, of smoothness. 

Why 6.02 and why the lapping? Well there simply is not enough of an air cushion around the bb. Your bb will still at one point hit the walls of your barrel at one point along the travel down the barrel. 6.02 mm is the perfect tight-bore length across all applications. These barrels can and should be used in any build, from indoor 50 RPS DSG to more Milsim 450 FPS DMR Semi locked. What ever build you have, complete it with Real Deal Accuracy using a Real Deal Stainless Steel Barrel.

Compatible with any AEG Hop Chamber

For Short barrel Monk Style builds, 6 Inch Handguard can use both the 160mm and the 170mm while retaining tracer unit function. 160mm will be more flush. However with the extra length you will squeeze out a bit more FPS and range. 

7 inch outer barrels / hand-guards should use the 170mm option

ARP 9 Builds should upgrade to the 150mm Length option 

Common MK18 Style 10 inch barrels use our 260mm length

Retro arms hop up/MR hop doesn’t work well with it

I bought two of these barrels, two retro arms hop ups and two maple leaf MR hops for upgrading my dad’s and my brother’s guns. The Mr hop and retro arms hop ups do not work well with this inner barrel at all. Idk why, maybe the specs are a little off, but the bucking lip protrudes into where the bbs feed with the retro arms hop up. I tried to fix that by shaving down the bottom part of the lip and it made them feed, but it made the air seal complete crap. I thinks it’s just the barrel because I have the retro arms hop up and Mr hop on my brothers stock tight bore and it works great. This picture is of one that we are not using, my brother is still using his stock krytac set up. Ps it’s not just because they’re krytacs that this isn’t working lol. Please at least update website to let buyer know of this, I bought this all off this website.

this is 100% normal and how the bucking sits with all after market barrels. You would have to be running something like a 21mm nozzle or 20.50 for that chamber. we use this combination in virtually all of our builds. There is no issue with the barrel, maple leaf bucking have longer feed lips. for shorter feed lips , use 4uad or Tru Sight buckings , as well your using a super old and out dated retro hop chamber which has wierd toelrances. that is why they discontinued it. there is nothing wrong with the barrel.

your mis feeding was due to incorrect nozzle length because odds are you didnt manually check for proper nozzle length with the given parts your using
