These gears have a re-engineered Tappet Cam positioning which change your tappet timing within your gearbox.. and changes it for the better !
Achieve higher FPS outputs, and much more consistent feeding on full auto.
With our Real Deal Gears, your tappet plate will be picked up later, leaving your nozzle seated against the bucking longer. This allows more time for the nozzle to vibrate less & seal more. Compared to older generation gearsets, you will notice better compression, higher FPS outputs, and better feeding overall.
Delay Chip Information
Our SSG Gearsets when paired with our Ultimate Tappet Plate and our Delay Chip, you will have to modify and cut your tappet plate to ensure the tappet plate is released when the last 3 teeth of the sector gear, before release are holding your piston. This is a very common combination that creates an amazing feeding window.

Easy to shim. Very smooth and quiet. Probably best gears on the market. Pair the gears with the real deal 39k brushless your AEG.......fabulous!!!
thers is a maxium point to which the adjustment screw stops. its the most clockwise position. there also is a maximum for minimum. Perhaps it wasnt adjusted fully or perhaps your tool slipped out and felt as it it was turning, but I can confirm the screw does stop at either end of high or low. be very gentle with these screws and asjdutments

I work hard for my money and try to find the best deals, but it's a waste of money to buy cheap gears that either don't work or aren't durable. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and performance of these gears! Glad I finally pulled the trigger. Paired with Real Deal Ultimate piston and fps softair piston head you get a fairly quiet AEG. Jake I love your products man!
They’re alright i have yet to get them to work in my gun though.
