Service to repair and rebuild AEG with detailed inspection report

1.5 Joules 40 RPS 

• Motor Tabs had heat shrink with wires crushing on top. I removed heat shrink from motor tabs 
• Selector Switch had terrible slop, screw had to be modified
• Selector Sticker placement needed to be changed and fixed with glue
• Incorrect porting , Real Deal Airsoft 100% Steel Cylinder Installed 
• Gearbox was extremely dry with zero lubrication. Caused a few failures
• FPS Softair Piston Head Failure, parts exploded in cylinder. X Ring was cut from previous port in cylinder.
• Nozzle was too heavy and needed to be replaced to real deal 21mm Optimized Nozzle
• Bearings were not secured to gearbox and came loose. I bonded them to the gearbox
• Extremely weak Anti Reverse latch spring. 
• PME induced from dry system and failed piston head destroyed teeth on main piston rack - Real Deal Ultimate Piston Assembly Installed
• Exposed wiring thru out mosfet. Covered with heat shrink
• New Grip installed PTS EPG
• Hop Chamber needed slight spacing for proper nozzle to bucking tolerance, o ring was placed on hop chamber
• Incorrect selector sticker chosen - switched to correct & tuned sticker by moving it over 1.5mm on selector switch plate
• Thread Locked adjustment screws on trigger
• Thread locked motor grub screw
